EFFECTIVE APRIL 13, 2022

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All sales by Fast Freddy (“Seller”) are governed by these terms. Buyer's order acceptance signifies agreement to these terms.

REJECTION OF INCONSISTENT TERMS: Seller rejects any additional or different terms proposed by Buyer.

ACCEPTANCE BY BUYER: Buyer must inspect products upon receipt and report issues within 10 days.

PRICE: Prices may change without notice and are based on Seller's current prices at shipment time.

FORCE MAJEURE: Seller is not liable for delays beyond its control.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Products are warranted to conform to specifications and be free from defects for 90 days.

EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES: Except as stated, all products are provided "as-is" with no other warranties.

NO EXTENSION OF WARRANTY: No warranty extends to third parties.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: Seller is not liable for special, consequential, or incidental damages.

INDEMNIFICATION: Buyer is responsible for design, testing, and performance of products and must indemnify Seller.

TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS: Title and risk pass to Buyer upon shipment.

RETURNS: Products can be returned only with Seller's authorization.

CLAIMS: Claims for damages or shortages must be made immediately.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations require Seller's written consent and may incur charges.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment terms are stated on the invoice.

ORDER: Buyer's order is as shown on the invoice or acknowledgment.

FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT: Seller complies with the Fair Labor Standards Act.

ENTIRE CONTRACT: These terms constitute the entire contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.

APPLICABLE LAW VENUE: This agreement is governed by Wisconsin law, with disputes resolved in Wisconsin courts.

ATTORNEYS’ FEES: Buyer must pay Seller's attorneys’ fees for enforcing rights.

ASSIGNMENT AND SETOFF: Buyer cannot assign rights without Seller's consent. Seller may assign the agreement.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: Buyer must comply with all applicable laws, including export/import laws.

FUTURE CHANGES; MISCELLANEOUS: Terms may be modified by Seller without notice.

CALIFORNIA PROP 65: Products may expose users to chemicals known to California to cause cancer.
