Defective Products
If a product arrives with a defect, customers are required to contact Fast Freddy immediately so the issue can be assessed and resolved promptly. In most cases, if the defect is reported within five (5) years of the original purchase date, Fast Freddy will provide replacement parts at no cost to the customer.

Claim Requirements
To process a return or exchange for a defective product, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos. These materials help expedite the review and resolution process.

Resolution Process
Upon receipt of the required information, Fast Freddy will evaluate the issue. If the defect is determined to be the result of a manufacturing error or shipping damage, Fast Freddy will, at its discretion, send replacement parts or otherwise resolve the issue without requiring the product to be returned. Most cases are resolved by sending new components directly to the customer.

Limitations
Fast Freddy reserves the right to deny return or exchange claims if damage is found to be the result of misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or intentional destruction. Claims determined to fall outside the scope of manufacturing or shipping-related defects will be void.

Transferability
Return and exchange eligibility applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
